Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI) announced Wednesday (September 2) that it is investing P70 billion for a 700-hectare mixed-use estate, Vermosa, located in Imus, Cavite. (Accesible through DaangHari, Molino Rd Salawag, near Orchard Golf Course)

Vermosa will be accessible via the newly opened Muntinlupa-Cavite Expressway (MCX), which connects the Daang Hari Road and South Luzon Expressway.
The project is slated to be completed in the next 12 to 15 years.
